Residential and Supported Living 

We supported BLMK ICB to move from blanket inflation to an evidence-based Section 117 uplift approach, benchmarking 469 placements across residential and supported living services. This enabled over £1.3m per annum of capacity to be redirected strategically while strengthening governance and market sustainability.

 Working Age Adults – Residential  

We worked with Durham County Council to develop a transparent, evidence-based approach to inflationary uplifts across its Working Age Adult residential placements. The review supported clearer cost intelligence, strengthened governance, and helped target resources toward areas of genuine sustainability pressure.

WAA – Residential and Supported Living   

We worked with Luton Borough Council to implement a structured, evidence-based uplift methodology across Working Age Adult residential and supported living services.
